CASECHO support
A useful promise needs clear boundaries.
How to prepare a request, verify an offer and understand the responsibilities of seller, technician and CASECHO.
What CASECHO can provide
CASECHO publishes preparation, operating and diagnostic methods, structures product information and directs users to verified channels when available. General guides do not replace the exact manual, physical diagnosis or applicable local electrical rules.
Before ordering
Check the chosen listing for seller identity, exact reference, voltage, plug, power, AC/DC changeover method, package contents, delivery, return policy, warranty period and available parts. A CASECHO page marked “range preview” is not a final technical specification.
Warranty depends on the channel
CASECHO does not publish one worldwide warranty while sellers, countries and models have different terms. The applicable warranty is the written warranty shown by the confirmed channel at purchase. Keep the invoice, order number, packaging, product label and seller conversations.
Before dismantling the unit or cutting a cable, ask whether this affects warranty. Damage from incorrect voltage, reversed polarity, water, unauthorised modification or unsuitable installation may be excluded under the seller’s terms.
Prepare a support request
Provide country, seller, order number, clear photos of the label and controller, incubation day, displayed values, power source and a chronological problem description. A clear reference photo is more useful than only saying “36 eggs”, “XH-W3001” or “XM-18”.
Parts and compatibility
A part with the same appearance is not necessarily compatible. Voltage, connector, probe, pinout, output capacity, dimensions and firmware may differ. CASECHO describes a part as compatible only after sufficient correspondence with the equipment reference.
Permanent part supply or local stock is not promised unless stated on an active channel. Professional operators should plan critical spares and document every replacement.
The technician’s role
External checks, record review and model identification can be performed without opening an energised circuit. Work on 220V, heaters, power relays or damaged cables must be performed with the unit isolated by a competent person.
Escalation and safety
Safely stop equipment in the presence of smoke, burning smell, melted cable, swollen or leaking battery, water on circuits or uncontrolled temperature. Keep people away and seek qualified local help; an online response must not delay safety action.
Contact and channels being activated
